Whether you have an entire gym or just your living room floor, I’ve got you covered. No matter your age, gender, or fitness experience, we’re in this TOGETHER. FITNESS PLAN
Each week there will be 6 workouts programmed. For every workout their will be a bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell version for you to choose from.
NUTRITION TIPS
As a Mucha Body member, you will be encouraged to focus on all aspects of your health including your nutrition. We will guide you to make sure that healthy eating is balanced, easy, and enjoyable with recipes and tips on our blog!
