WHAT’S MUCHA BODY?

“I don’t have enough time”. I hear it all the time. Hell, I say it all the time! Work, Relationships, Family, Friends; we all have lots of commitments. How can you carve out just enough “me” time to take care of your body inside and out? That’s where MUCHA BODY comes in. Mucha Body is a plan, a state of mind, an attitude, a community. Whether you have an entire gym or just your living room floor, I’ve got you covered. No matter your age, gender, or fitness experience, we’re in this TOGETHER. FITNESS PLAN

Each week there will be 6 workouts programmed. For every workout their will be a bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell version for you to choose from.

NUTRITION TIPS

As a Mucha Body member, you will be encouraged to focus on all aspects of your health including your nutrition. We will guide you to make sure that healthy eating is balanced, easy, and enjoyable with recipes and tips on our blog!

New to this? Mucha Body has a glossary with 100+ videos demonstrating every movement we program. We care about you! We know that giving you weekly workouts isn’t enough. Mucha Body will arm you with tangible information and tools to take on your weekly goals!
